Specialists from various fields of medicine came together to commemorate the launch of the MIOT Rehab Centre in the Maldives, a significant step towards enhancing advanced rehabilitative care in the region. The prestigious event was graced by the Hon’ble Minister of Health of the Maldives, Mr. Abdulla Nazim Ibrahim, whose presence underlined the importance of this initiative.
Dr. Prithvi Mohandas, Managing Director of MIOT International, addressed the distinguished gathering, highlighting the vital role of rehabilitation in a patient’s recovery journey. He emphasised that rehabilitation is not merely a phase of recovery but an essential component that enables individuals to regain independence and lead fulfilling lives.
As part of the event, a specially produced video was screened, showcasing the MIOT Rehab Centre’s state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge equipment. The video also featured powerful success stories of patients from various countries who underwent rehabilitation at MIOT International in India, demonstrating the Centre’s commitment to world-class care and positive patient outcomes.
