Dr. Hemamala V. S. is a specialist in liver diseases and management of critically ill liver patients with over 20 years of experience. She also specialises in the management of fatty liver, viral hepatitis, autoimmune hepatitis and Wilson’s disease. She has completed DM in Medical Gastroenterology and Transplant Hepatology Fellowship from the Thomas Starzl Transplant Institute in Pittsburgh, USA. She also has a IDCCM Diploma in Critical Care Medicine.
