Dr. Chelliah Selvasekar is a consultant colorectal and robotic surgeon at the Christie NHS Foundation Trust. Additionally, he serves as an associate medical director in one of the clinical divisions. His expertise lies in providing comprehensive colorectal cancer care, ranging from conducting screening colonoscopies to managing complex colorectal cancers. Since 2022, he has served as the deputy chair of the Greater Manchester Colorectal Pathway Board. His contributions have been instrumental in streamlining regional surgical services.

He holds the position of council member at the Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland. Additionally, he holds leadership roles at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
