- Use of our Telemedicine services is not appropriate and strictly not recommended for emergencies. If you think you have a medical emergency, visit your nearest hospital for emergency care.
- By accepting the terms and conditions you give your consent for information about yourself, your health and your current medications including, but not limited to, the information you divulge as part of the online consultation forms to be viewed and exchanged by and between MIOT International employees for the purpose of conducting a medical consultation. You understand this information may be exchanged electronically.
- The content mentioned in the telemedicine page of this website is subjected to change without notice. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
- You warrant and undertake that all information provided by you in our Telemedicine online consultation form is correct and true and that you have not withheld information that you believe may be relevant or useful in any way.
- Telemedicine Consultations made electronically from this Website form will be forwarded to our Doctor as soon as possible. However we are unable to guarantee a consultation if we receive incomplete information or if there are insufficient details about your ailments.
- The turnaround time from the moment you submit the online consultation form which is said to be 2 working days however we cannot guarantee the same and there could be a delay in proving you an online consultation depending upon the doctor’s availability.
- The payment made towards the Telemedicine Dermatology/Trichology consultation or both is only for the consultation and does not include any medicines or any other related medical tests or any other medical procedures.
- During the consultation if the doctor recommends a direct visit you are required to pay a registration fee at the time of your visit.
- MIOT International takes no liability for loss or damage arising from our Telemedicine Consultation or medications.
- MIOT International is not liable if your payment is not processed or declined by your respective bank. Under such circumstances we request you to contact your bank for further clarification.
